Terms & Payment Policy Agreement
By submitting this form and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: payment is required before an appointment is reserved. Once payment has been received and verified, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Scheduling, dispatch planning, administrative processing, and any applicable parts research begin after payment is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you proceed with ATX 512 Mobile Mechanic for the approved repair, the $75 repair consultation and pricing review fee will be credited toward your repair. If additional diagnostic work is needed to identify or confirm vehicle issues, the applicable diagnostic service and fee may be required before scheduling or performing those services. Customer supplied parts are installed at the customer’s request. ATX 512 Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for defective, incorrect, incompatible, or incomplete customer supplied parts, and any additional labor required because of those parts may result in additional charges. Special order parts ordered specifically for your vehicle may not be eligible for return or refund and may remain the customer’s financial responsibility. If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time or cannot provide access to the vehicle, ATX 512 Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to reschedule or decline service. These terms apply to all customers unless superseded by a separate written commercial fleet service agreement. Effective date. January 1st, 2026.
